The Role

My client is one of the fastest growing Islamic banks in the Region and on their perspective of growth and challenge the market they are looking to expand their Retail banking team by acquiring a Head of Youth Program

The ideal candidate should be an experienced Retail banking individual with excellent product knowledge and interpersonal skills.

The candidate should have marketing, sales, product development background to be able to set up a new strategy for the department.

Requirements


Requirements

Suitable candidates will have:

- 7 to 10 years experience related to Retail Banking product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or relevant.
- Bilingual, both Arabic and English.
- Excellent knowledge of Retail banking products
- Islamic Banking experience preferred
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communications skills
- Proven track record managing teams

Salary for this position will be between 35.000 and 40.000 QAR p/m
