The RoleThe RoleBased in Dubai, this leading Healthcare provider has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health Funding Policy and Research Section Head of Unit. The role is to manage and coordinate my clients' Funding Policy and Research Section functions, resources and strategies and ensure that these functions are executed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible in developing and implementing Health Funding Policy and Research plans and procedures for various functions; report on the overall performance; ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively and comply with my clients policies and procedures. |
RequirementsRequirements You must have minimum 8 to 10 years post experience of which 5 years are in the speciality in the Healthcare or Insurance sector. Experience working in a Government Organisation, especially with Healthcare and/or Insurance projects is desirable. The successful candidates can expect a competitive and attractive remuneration package depending on experience and grade of appointment. |
