Employment: Full Time

Bahrain Airport Company is currently recruiting for a Safety Analyst to join it's Airport Operations Division. The role of the Safety Analyst involves analyses of the company’s safety statistics records to evaluate trends and patterns. Attend all incidents / accidents in the Airport Building and assess what happened, why it happened and how to prevent it from occurring in the future. Provide expert advice during concept and design phases of the company’s projects, to ensure that SHE control methodologies are integrated to the design. Ensure that all accidents and near misses are documented with analyses into the root causes and then apply corrective action as required. Ensure Hazard Identification is implemented and that risk assessments are carried out. Ensure all of the company’s Environmental SOP’s, Emergency procedure / plans and Company’s OHP are reviewed on a regular basis. Prepare and present statistics as well as graphical information on SHE KPI’s for all management. This is to be reviewed on both a quarterly and annual basis, in a timely manner.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in Health & Safety or equivalent and possess at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. He / She should also have good analytical skills and be able to work well under pressure.
