Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Deliver quality HSE training programmes
Ensure all course objectives are met and propose improvements where shortfalls identified
Administer participant course end tests and assessments and evaluation forms
In liaison with relevant supervisor, identify and follow up on new training requirements amongst customers
Carry out course revisions or rewrites as requested by the HSE Manager
Attend meetings as required by the HSE Manager
Ensure own training and necessary continuing professional development is up to date
Assist in the design and development of new courses

Requirements

• A professional training qualification.
• NEBOSH Certificate (IGC or GC)
• Assessor Qualifications
• IOSH Managing Safely certificate.
• Proven training experience.
• Ability to train in English & Arabic &/or Hindi.
• Valid Omani Driving Licence.
