RequirementsRequirements- University Engineering and/or HSE related degree. - Experience working and leading HSE teams in a High Reliability/High Hazard industry- Demonstrable leadership skills.- Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), engagement and team-working skills.- Self motivated, with capability to work with minimum supervision and accustomed to being in positions of responsibility and accountability; proactive; able to work well under sustained pressure and have the ability and desire to take the lead on HSE issues. |
