The RoleThe RolePerform maintaining and distribution of agreed HSE policies and procedures to construction sites Perform monitoring of compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across MP, and its projects and operations Ensure adoption of recommendations regarding safety technology, equipment and maintain and update consolidated statistical data of all HSE incidents Perform allocation of HSE resources to project teams to ensure compliance with HSE standards and policies Ensure compliance with all ISO or other requirements relating to HSE Perform all activities related to hazardous materials identification/management, safety and loss inspection, accident analysis, safety testing, environmental assessment and testing Assist in investigations of HSE incidents on site Perform periodic HSE site inspections and compliance audits Perform training for MP and project staff on HSE policies and standards in coordination with Learning & Development Review and approve HSE plan developed by PMC or Main Contractor prior to project start Review and approve HSE plan developed by PM & FM prior to property becoming operational Perform maintaining and updating of database of all safety and related equipment in MP |
