Healthcare Coordinator

Job description / Role

Working for Hays Healthcare, you will be responsible for all the administration and licensing involved with the recruitment of medical professionals into the healthcare industry in the UAE

You will be responsible for:
- Candidate document management - Obtaining documents required for HAAD/DHA process and obtaining documents for CID process
- Sourcing candidates for live roles through various job boards
- Managing candidate queries in relation to the licensing process, documentation queries (main queries relate to attestation of degree(s), obtaining a certificate of good conduct from the police/licensing board and employment letters from current/previous employers)
- Liaising with clients, outstanding documentation, Scheduling/rescheduling interviews, Licensing updates/candidate enquiries
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation
- Documentation required for visa
- Administration duties - Posting job adverts, CV formatting, Interview confirmation emails, Creating/updating candidate trackers

Requirements

- Excellent command of the English language (both written & verbal)
- Previous Healthcare background, ideally in the UAE
- Ideally experience of dealing with HAAD
- Ability to multitask
- Understanding of the various positions within healthcare
- Understanding of the recruitment process
