The role of Healthcare Improvement-Knowledge Transfer Manager:

Assisting HMC to achieve continuous improvement in service delivery by increasing the return on investment in knowledge.
Develop an overall framework that guides knowledge management.
Work closely with the Information Manager and the Communications Manager to interpret data, develop the key messages and transfer into meaningful learnings.
Collects relevant data that is useful for the organization as knowledge.
Actively promote the knowledge agenda across the organization.
Evaluate the impact of knowledge transfer in the business.

Requirements

Job Requirement
Education and experience:

Bachelors degree with 5 years experience or Diploma with 8 years experience.
5 years experience in knowledge management at an executive level within a large healthcare organization.
Expert level skills in MS Office and MS Project.
