Healthcare Management Consultant

Job description / Role

Our client is a rapidly growing Management Consulting practice based in Riyadh with a specific focus on the Saudi market. With a senior leadership team of highly connected Saudi Nationals, the business is achieving an enviable growth rate and has a very healthy project pipeline.

The role will encompass a broad range of functions and duties, designed to help health care organizations run efficiently, responsibly and ensure patient safety. Projects may include writing policies and procedures, reviewing regulatory compliance, assessing staffing needs and resources.

The client base is continually growing and will include hospitals, government health agencies, skilled nursing facilities or outpatient clinics. The role would require you to provide expertise, guidance and advice on health care businesses, specializing in the areas of business transformation, process improvement, organizational strategy. Main job duties and functions will include project management and maintaining clear communication between all stakeholders involved. The scope of work will vary depending on the client’s needs and resources.

Requirements

Applicants for this position must have the following:

- Management Consulting experience in a consulting firm
- Healthcare experience from either management consulting or working in the healthcare industry
- Must be comfortable residing in Riyadh, KSA
- Will consider applicants at varying levels from 2-10 years experience (multiple vacancies)
- Arabic language skills are preferred (but not essential)
- Must be currently located in the Middle East. CV's received from candidates currently not in the Middle East will NOT be responded to
