The Role


The Role

World renowned Architectural practice invites experienced Healthcare Architects/Planners to apply for a role on prestigious Healthcare project in Abu Dhabi. This company and project will act as a career progressing vehicle, a cornerstone of one’s Healthcare project experience, being globally recognizable.

These professionals will be in charge of medical planning, medical equipment fit out, ensuring contractor compliance with the design, managing RFI’s, final checking and revising drawings to ensure that all spatial relationships of the hospital rooms and their contents comply.
Coordination between the architects and the engineering, and contracting teams to ensure MEP services are delivered to brief.

Requirements


Requirements

With degree and background in architecture/engineering, and having followed Medical Planning route in one’s career, these individuals will have minimum 12 years experience of large scale healthcare project experience. Project experience will ideally include projects based in the Middle East, and of a new build, large scale nature.
Professionals will have the ability to work under fast track project conditions, communicating expertly in written and verbal English, managing a multi cultured team at times and maintaining positive relationships with contractors, consultants and presenting confidently to clients, when required.
