Job description / Role

- Effectively replying to emails and calls coming from Candidates, branches and Agents on daily basis.
- Liaises on daily basis with Licensing dept re: Candidates haad license status
- Effectively replying to emails and calls coming from PRO dept., ranging from candidates updates passport to husband visa copy etc
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition Officer re: Managing all CV and profiles coming from various e.g. Advertisements, Branches, employee referrals, Al Noor website etc.
- Responsibly updating all the fields of recruitment report at the end of each day.

Requirements

- Appropriate experience and competence in all aspects of Recruitment.
- Minimum of Three (3) years relevant experience at an appropriate level, and in an appropriate field, since gaining higher qualification.
- Two years recruitment experience in an Arabic / Western hospital or clinic setting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality results.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic language skills are well regarded).
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Carries out other assigned duties within the appropriate scope of knowledge, skills and abilities of the position
