Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objective: To provide admin and help desk support to the supervisor, customer support center and to interact frequently with key internal clients e.g. accounts payable, procurement, technicians, & Facility Managers.

Main responsibilities:
-Responding to internal & external calls.
-Perform responsibilities in keeping with the company's KPI's.
-Assign and dispatch work orders.
-Receive, review and respond to company correspondence.
-Closing out of work orders.

Duration: Permanent

Requirements

University Qualifications: N/A
Other certifications obtained: Minimum of high school diploma
Nature and length of previous experience: 1 year experience in similar role.
Specialist knowledge: Must be Bilingual (English & Arabic).
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
-Exceptional customer service skills.
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages.
-Working knowledge of Facility Management, BMS and HVAC.
Language Fluency: Arabic & English
