Job description / Role
Long established European Architecture practice in Dubai have a wide range and scale of projects in their Design and Constructed portfolio across the Middle East.
They are in ramp up mode and re launch mode with boosted Operational Management professionals and a range of new large scale projects. Moving into brand new offices as well in Dubai.
Currently they seek a strong Project Delivery Architect who will be managing a Large scale High End Residential development for a VIP client.
Managing client relationships, Overseeing project teams, and reviewing drawings, ensuring quality control of drawings and project information. Liaising with external consultants on technical information and overall driving of projects.
This individual will ideally be experienced on Dubai/GCC based projects and can boast architectural project delivery on a range of projects including largescale high end residential projects.
Requirements
With 10-15 years post Graduation of a Degree in Architecture, these individuals will ideally be in UAE or wider GCC right now, with excellent knowledge of UAE, DM, DCD regulations.
Combined talents in construction/technical knowledge and communication to effectively drive teams and represent this studio to external parties is required to take these projects from A to Z.
