Job description / Role
Responsible to monitor and control department operations and achieve the overall sales target for the department with bespoke design solutions for customer
Key Accountabilities:
Annual Project Business Plan
- Identify business opportunities for the company and prepare the annual business growth forecast for High Value Projects and Design
- Monitor and track percentage of sales realised in terms customer average spending on a monthly basis and identify slippage
Project Management
- Manage high value projects and ensure highest customer satisfaction
- Review the project design proposals and provide recommendations for amendments required matching customer expectations and company standards
- Monitor the progress of sales orders upon approval of design proposals
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Staff Management
- Review the performance of staff and identify the developmental needs of staff
- Ensure that staff is provided training on the company product knowledge
JOB DIMENSIONS
- Significant direct and indirect role dimensions/ metrics financial (e.g. budgets/results) and non-financial (e.g. customer/staff)

Internal Communication:
- With Department staff - follow up on customer projects
- Trading - follow up on article samples requested by customer

- Customer ( Individual /Corporates)
Requirements
- 10 -15 years of experience in handling design projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate with customer and convince to close deal
- Excellent customer relations and customer service skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
