We are presently recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy forHighwayMaintenance Engineerto work on our projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage work orders and time, cost and quality aspects of contractors work.
* Prioritise work via client interface with local MODON IC Managers and staff in Riyadh.
* Evaluating the current project and provide plan for improvement.
* Review the current O&M contracts for the industrial city where he is assigned.
* Supervise and coordinate all O&M projects activities.
* Improve all processes and procedures of O&M in projects.
* Training for O&M team for all technical and administrative activities from PMP perspective.
* Managing and supporting all projects in the Industrial City and create the RFP's of the projects.
* Assist in planning and preparation of projects for tender.
* Assist in planning for improving the performance of O&M new rehabilitation projects.
* Ensure the accuracy and the standards implementations and acceptance of all deliverables and services for O&M projects.
* Provide management strategy for O&M projects.
* Make Contractors assessment and evaluation and review all corrective and Preventive plans for the O&M contractor.
* Assist in preparing procurements documentations for O&M new projects.
* Reporting and coordinating with program manager in HQ for all project situations and technical improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Civil Engineering.
* 8 years of experience in highway maintenance and performance based contracts.
