The RoleThe Role• Effective and efficient handling of customer enquiries, and quotations to authorised levels. • Effective purchasing from third party suppliers, such as transport, fuel etc. and completion of LPO’s. • Compilation of daily Fleet Status Report and submission to Regional office, (copies to Caspian staff) • Compilation of weekly Hires in the Bag Report. • Compilation and monthly submission of ISO data to QHSE Coordinator. • Accurate and timely production of invoices and cost sheets during the month (for hires completed) and at month end (for on-going hires). • Compilation and submission of Inventory verifications. • Management of ‘credit’ available with cash hires to ensure no bad debts, and credit customers’ status approve by agent. • Assists agents staff with debt collection when required. • Liaison with agents’ staff for effective business practices. • Adherence to Aggreko ISO 9001:2000 and QHSE policy and procedures. |
RequirementsRequirements• Would ideally suit young, single bachelor. • Experience working in a multi-national workforce environment • Excellent communication skills. • An effective administrator, well organised, methodical, possibly with an accounting background. • Computer literate in MS office. • Excellent written and verbal English. • Attention to detail. • Can work with a minimum of supervision and demonstrate self initiative. • Willing to travel around the Caspian and to the Middle East region when required • Some industry or market knowledge an advantage. • Valid driving license preferable. • Customer service orientation. |
