Employment: Full Time

The role of Home Division Operations Manager is to develop, establish and maintain marketing, strategic and sales objectives of the Rubaiyat Home Division to achieve the profit target.

Principal Accountabilities of the Home Division Operations Manager, who will be based in Jeddah- Saudi Arabia will be to:
- Create the Sales strategy and forecast and operational strategy of the home division
- Ensure that the stores are properly manned and products properly displayed
- Train and develop sales staff to ensure delivery of the required sales target and customer satisfaction
- Develop the Division's annual objectives and KPIs
- Establish sales targets for each store and sales staff and evaluate the same on monthly basis.
- Analyze market and buying trends through understanding customer requirements and their buying criteria, and identifying the appropriate service solution.
- Improve customer database and ensure frequent communication with current customers and prospect for new customers.
- Develop feasibility studies to recommend to management opening of new stores
- Work with the project team to ensure that the new stores are completed and inaugurated according to plan
- Liaise with the Marketing Team to create more traffic in the stores and more customer engaging events
- Manage / motivate and train a team of sales executives
- Prepare monthly progress reports to Management and present the Division's P&L
- Maintain stock control and inventory reports
- Maintain a schedule of store visits to monitor progress and implement remedial actions for issues
- Coordinate with HR Department the manpower and development plan of the division
- Recommend pricing and brand mix strategies
- Coordinate with the Facility Department to ensure that the stores conditions are maintained according to the required standards and that all licenses are up to date.
- Conduct the seasonal buying trips and train selective staff on the same

Requirements

- Formal University Degree
- 8-10 yrs experience in Retail and Sales Operations
- High level verbal & written communication skills
- Commitment to quality management principles
- Ability to crunch numbers and prepare budgets
- Excellent coaching and leadership qualities
