Job description / Role
Minimum 5 years in the following:
1. Supervision and quality Control of Infrastructure Project, Constriction of Public facilities and housing units consist of Medium and low voltage transmission & distribution, street lighting, CATV & Telecommunication network, Irrigation Controls etc.
2. Knowledge in Audio/Video equipment, Fire detection & Fire Protection systems, Air conditioning equipment, Cooling Load Calculations and Illumination.
3. Preparation of BOQ and estimation.
4. Preparation of Technical specifications and bid packages, bidding and dib evaluations.
Requirements
Educational Requirements or Equivalent: BS Degree in Electrical Engineering
Specialized Knowledge: Electrical design (H.V/L.V) distribution and House Construction.
Previous Experience Required: 8-10 years with minimum (4) four years on-site Supervisory experience in large scale residential building construction, H.V/L.V distribution and tendering.
Working Knowledge to be Acquired on the job: Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HV/LV distribution system and electrical installation work in house construction.
