Our new Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation facility is applying for JCI Accreditation and therefore require a dedicated Hospital Compliance Coordinator to support this important project. You will be reporting directly to the Assistant Executive Director for Quality & Patient Safety and working closely with the Business Development team, Therapists, Engineers and Nurses to ensure KPIs are met and the project is a success.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who aspires to a future career in hospital management to contribute to an important part of HMC's expansion project.
Requirements
- BSc in Nursing or related healthcare field
- Minimum 5 years clinical and/or management experience in healthcare
- A keen eye for detail
- Project Management Skills or willingness to learn the required skills
- Basic Arabic
- Skilled in using MS Office
- Project Management Skills or willingness to learn the required skills
- Project Management Certification would be desirable
