Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main Purpose of Job

To support the Service Manager and customers through the co-ordination and administration of systems, processes, resources and personnel.

Principle Accountabilities

• Provide service support to the KSA business.
• Co-ordinate engineers in the regular maintenance of machines on site and in response to machine breakdowns in the field.
• Ensure 3rd Party statutory fleet inspections are scheduled and completed on time
• Establish relationships with local supplier organizations; coordinate ordering and delivery of goods and services to project sites.
• For each location, create and maintain access tracker logs, central service files, thorough examination logs and breakdown records.
• Prepare monthly and one off reports, as required by management including daily/ weekly breakdown – service and 3rd party reports.
• Collect weekly parts/stock usage reports from engineers/stores, update central stock control registers and seek authorisation to place orders for replenishment stocks as necessary. Co-ordinate the delivery of those stocks to depot/ site.
• Provide administrative support to Rapid engineering staff, as required (to include letters of authorisation, training records, vehicle servicing etc).
• Liaise with customers/site personnel to coordinate site access passes.
• Ensure accurate completion of all relevant paperwork including engineer’s report and service sheets.
• Maintain records covering workshop equipment and LGV servicing.
• Ensure engineers breakdown reports are processed and charging issues are referred to Operations Manager / Service Manager)

Requirements

•Strong operational organisational skills
• IT literate with detailed knowledge of Excel, Word and E-Result
• Multi lingual an advantage but must be English speaking
• Detail orientation with an analytical approach to work
• Previous co-ordination experience in a service environment or construction/Oil and Gas sectors would be an advantage
