Job description / Role
A leading Development Company is seeking to recruit a highly experienced director to manage the handover of several major hotels. The role will encompass the management of the transfer to the Operator, and management of Operator, the management of the interior design and fit out of the hotel and all the Building Services MEP installation works. This role will be heavily involved in ensuring all aspects of the Operator agreement are adhered to at the highest level.
Requirements
The candidate will come from a very strong hotel and hospitality background.
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing Hotel Handovers and be comfortable in dealing with some of the most world renowned hotel operators.
You must also be highly knowledgeable in Hotel Operator agreements.
Experience of Hotel Interior Design is a must.
