The Role


The Role

A super opportunity exist in Riyadh for a new Hotel opening, this will be a 5* property, that will become a landmark for the capital City.

Reporting to the Executive Director of the property developer, who are a well know Saudi investment company with a number of successful businesses over a number of years in the region.

You will be accountable for the entire pre-opening team and operate the hotel ongoing, the property has over 400 rooms with a number of executive suites and state of the art conferencing facilities.

The Role will be an all consuming GM role where your strategic vision and experience in directing the senior management team with limited stress will be essential to make the hotel the success everyone is expecting

Full P&L responsibility and ability to network across the depts. ensuring the efficiency for a 5* star is delivered to the guests

Requirements


Requirements

Min 15 years experience in hotel management
Experience in opening new hotels as part of the pre-opening team
Managed 450 employees+
Managed a hotel with 350+ rooms
Arabic speaking is an advantage
Worked in KSA previously would also be advantageous
