The RoleThe RoleThe biggest tourism and hotels organization in KSA requires Hotel Receptionist. Duties: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Answer inquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems If you are interested please apply online. |
RequirementsRequirements 2 years experience working in a receptionist role Demonstrated ability of greeting guests with a smile, welcoming guests to the hotel and arranging reservations in timely manner Thorough understanding of helping guests with baggage storage, storing valuables, ordering taxis and reserving tables Highly skilled in handling multiple guests simultaneously In-depth knowledge of facilities and services of the hotel Able to multi-task effectively Enthusiastic and positive in nature and have exceptional telephone etiquette Proven record of excellent customer service Able to provide accurate and detailed information to guests regarding reservations |
