Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) is the real estate development and operations arm of Al-Futtaim group which is headquartered in Dubai. AFGRE is responsible for the origination, conception, development, procurement and construction of mega projects and the leasing, sales and operation of these projects after completion.

Residential properties in Dubai owned by Al Futtaim Real Estate, include some 900 apartments and villas like Al Garhoud, Safa village and Al Hamriya Villa Compounds, Dar Al Muteena, Dar Al Buteen, Dar Al Buteen II, Dar Al Khabeesi, and Dar Al Muragabat. These properties are characterised by a high standard of accommodation and leisure facilities. In keeping with the economic growth of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai, it is envisaged that Al-Futtaim Real Estate will concentrate its efforts and resources towards the development of prestigious real estate complexes to supplement the growing demand for commercial and residential properties.We are currently looking for a housekeeping supervisor to provide leadership, direction and a point of reference to the building's housekeeping staff and to optimise building performance.
Your additional responsibilities are to:

* Coordinate work activities and on the job rotation among housekeeping staff
* Conduct orientation training and in-service training for Housekeeping staff to explain policies, work procedures and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipments.
* Carry out regular inspection of the buildings and ensure that the buildings are kept to the required standards of cleanliness, tidiness, security, safety and tenant's satisfaction and that all systems and equipments are in working order.
* Ensure that the vacant units are prepared in shortest possible time, inspect to ensure the completion of the works and advise the leasing of the flats ready for occupancy.
* Supervise the performance of the housekeeping staff by inspecting the Caretaker logbooks, the staff adherence to working hours and general behaviour and demeanour.
* Track and follow up on maintenance request by the Tenant / Caretakers on daily basis.
* Prepare and submit summary sheets of DEWA bills for common area of all AFRE properties.
* Prepare and submit to HR connect attendance and Overtime sheet and Leave schedules of the housekeeping staff on monthly basis.
* To review the performance of the contractors and ensure that they perform as per AFRE's standards and specifications. Any deviation should be reported to the facility department.

*Minimum secondary school qualifications

*Experience in building custodial operations and maintenance work

*Supervisory experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience

*Considerable knowledge of the basic methods, practices, tools, materials, and work standards related to the maintenance of buildings and building systems and equipment

*Should be a motivator and team player with customer handling abilities

*Knowledge of basic computer skills
