Job description / Role
- Well versed with 4/5 star housekeeping protocol procedures
- Good knowledge of Housekeeping quality control
- Knowledge of overall hotel operation
- Assign HK attendants for the respective tasks as per hotel standards
- Training and motivating HK staff in order to follow hotel standards
- Handle any inquiries/complaints regarding Housekeeping matters
- Coordinating with other departments regarding check-in/check-out, special requests from guests etc.
- Maintaining accurate HK stocks and inventory
Requirements
- Min. 2 years experience as a HK Supervisor
- Diploma in hotel management will be an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Able to handle a diverse team of HK attendants
- Presentable and professional
- Attention to detail
- Excellent leadership skills
- Flexible with work timings/shifts
