Job description / Role
Objective: Ensuring adherence of housing to housing plan.
Main responsibilities:
-Assign housing as per the approved plan.
-Ensure coordination of occupancy
-Ensure units are adequately prepared prior to each occupancy.
-Manage service providers.
-Respond to customer enquiries
Reporting to: Property Services Manager
Number required: 1

Requirements
University Qualifications: Post secondary education; Facilities or Property Management
Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years minimum
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
-Working with minimum supervision
-Communication, organization and presentation skills.
-Work under pressure to deadlines.
-Must be professional and tactful when dealing with persons.
Language Fluency: English & Arabic
