Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Provides high level administrative and logistical support to the Doha Housing Lead. Housing Officer composes and creates communications, maintains documentation related to contracts; maintains appropriate and professional demeanour whilst interacting with residents, contractors and landlords. Individual accountabilities and work volume will be established through the development of annual objectives, within the framework outlined below.

Provides high level support to the Doha Housing Lead; assists with financial and budgetary planning through contract knowledge; records and develops meeting hand-outs and minutes.
Coordinates all support staff, maintenance teams and external agencies.

Prepares reports, including KPI, Monthly Occupancy, Clearances, Safety and Manpower forecasting. Carries out regular site visits and location inspections.

Requirements

• Internationally recognised Facilities Management qualification.
• College Diploma/Certificate in logistics/administration or similar
• 5+ years’ work experience in Facilities Management / Housing compound management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Very good analytical and presentation skills
• Very good Excel or spread sheet work experience.
• SAP, Adaptive Planning or equivalent / other planning tool work experience preferred.
• Experienced in the use of Facilities management software and programmes.
• Must hold valid Qatar driving licence
