Housing Supervisor

Job description / Role

• Plans, supervises, coordinates and administers all recognized housing services in Al-Khor. Also responsible for accommodation in Doha i.e. QG 625 units and RG 589 units and transit quarters (QG 10 and RG 3). Responsible for all telecom activities for Al-Khor and Doha housing and business units. Supervises and ensures the implementation of approved employee housing allocation policies and procedures and administration of Community housing. Frequent contacts with all levels of employees to provide housing, furnishings and services and with section heads of Supply and Logistics, Transport and Finance Departments to arrange for material issue and payment. Periodic contacts with suppliers, contractors and landlords to coordinate supplies, maintenance and housing rentals.

Requirements

Requirements:

•7 years’ experience in housing and furniture supply, allocation and maintenance.
•High level of social skills, presentable personality.
•Demonstrates supervisory skills.
•Computer awareness.
•Driver’s License.
