Hub Operations Lead, Supply Chain
Cairo, Egypt
USD 2350 Per Month Package
Multinational Consumer Company
NTS Group are working alongside a leading multinational consumer company to recruit a Hub Operations Lead for the Supply Chain Department in Cairo, Egypt.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the job exists to ensure that goods are stored and delivered to customers in a compliant and efficient manner and to follow up day to day activities (Warehousing + transportation + co-packing operations).
• Overview day to day operations, resolving issues, ensuring that orders are delivered to customers in a perfect manner (on time, in full, no damages, correct documents).
• Supervise third party vendors who provide logistic services, ensuring that they deliver the services as per the terms agreed (contracts, quality agreements, SLAs, SOPs):
• Stock and shipping
• Co-packing
• Transportation
• Track costs and performance, identify and resolve areas of inefficiency. Perform data analysis and root cause investigations.
• Initiate improvement projects, design processes and perform process health checks.
• Team leader (Leading external teams)
• Customs clearance for inbound freight
Requirements
Education, Experience & Qualifications
* University degree, preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics.
* 5 Years Experience within a Supply Chain Function.
* Excellent understanding of warehousing and distribution concepts, language and best practices.
* Experience from a multi-national or regional company in FMCG.
* Experience working with quantitative & qualitative numbers and creating reports.
* Fluent in English & Arabic
