Human Capital Consultant

Job description / Role

Our client is a human capital focused management consultancy based in Dubai. They are currently seeking an experienced Human Capital Consultant to join their growing practice.


The role would be to advise clients at a senior level, to assess businesses and through the best practice tools available within the organisation design incentive plans that will motivate employee's. It will focus on delivery, and you will be one that typically leads assignments. There will also be a big focus on maintaining long term client relationships in order to generate ongoing revenue streams.

15000 - 25000 AED + benefits

Requirements

Must speak fluent English and Arabic
Experience in Human Capital Consulting
Must be motivated and ambitious, keen to learn and develop themselves
