Job description / Role
Change International is currently searching for a Human Capital Manager for their client in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
The Human Capital Manager shall manage the planning and implementation of all Human Capital Programs and facets in Saudi Arabia in coordination with the business units operating therein. They will also be responsible for development and implementation of Saudization processes.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 10+ years in the field of Human Resources with a focus on Recruitment, Saudization, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development. Fluent English and Arabic is required. Local experience within the Oil and Gas sector is preferred.
