Job description / Role
JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Performing synergy between different entities that are related to Human Capital Strategy such as Organization Development and Manpower Power Development, to efficiently control performance and develop KPI’s aligning business and organization objectives.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Prepare the annual manpower plan in line with the 5 year business plan, forecasting detailed trends in market & organization.
• Analyze and discuss manpower analysis methodology and explain the manpower analysis finding to line managers based on the department’s processes, responsibilities and objectives.
• Conduct Manpower studies for different departments to plan the manpower requirements to achieve business & corporate objectives.
• Update, analyze and prepare manpower statistical reports for different departments/sections based on the Management requirement.
• Prepare financial manpower budget statistics and coordinate with Finance Department for manpower data reconciliation.
• Design and implement suitable manpower analysis techniques based on the operational activities of the department in order to have an effective result.
• Conduct studies in operational areas to identify efficient way of implementing the shifts in order to maximize the utilization of manpower resources & knowledge transfer.
• Participate in different HR Studies to improve HR process related to Manpower, Recruitment and Talent Management.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5-8 years of professional HR experience, with focus on manpower and Human Capital strategies development.
Bachelor degree with professional certification in, Human Resources, Business E-Commerce, or Information Systems
Proven results in developing and executing sourcing strategies
Knowledge of UAE government laws & Nationalization strategies
