Job description / Role
An experienced HR and Admin Manager is sought after by a established technology company in the UAE. The company provides technology solutions for companies regionally.
You must have gained at least 4 years experience managing a HR and Admin function within either the retail or solution provider industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing HR team and supporting them in their relevant designations
- Ensuring the training and development of all the staff within the company
- Developing the performance management system including periodically appraising staff
- As part of management team, helping set divisions plans and operational budget
- Continually developing the companies HR policies and procedures and monitoring the implementation
- Overseeing compliance with all legal, audit, regulatory, risk management, contractual and safety risks.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Business Administration or Human Resources
- Minimum of 4 years experience in HR and Administration, specific experience designing policies and implementing procedures and managing performance appraisals
- Must speak and write English and Arabic fluently
- Must already be based in Dubai with 1 month notice or less
- Proficient on using HR software and tools
