Human Resource Business Partner - Real Estate

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities :-
- Provide advice on change management initiatives, organizational / departmental restructures, job role design, outsourcing and human resource forecasting in order to improve cost / efficiency and meet present / evolving needs.
- Embed a performance management culture within the BU as a means of driving business improvement by ensuring clear objectives, feedback and alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement human resources policies, procedures and programs necessary to ensure key stakeholder engagement and performance.
- Support the BUs in identifying business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
- Support management with employee development, succession planning and talent retention and coach on issues such as performance, absence, discipline and grievances.
- Support HR business process excellence initiatives and facilitates cross functional process improvement.
- Recruitment of key talents for the BU including strategy, selection and assessment of candidates.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Qualification :
- Reputable university degree in HR or related discipline.
- Preferably CIPD or SHRM qualified.

Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a generalist HR Business Partner role.
- Experience of working in a Property Development / Property Management / Shopping Mall Management environment.

Knowledge/Skills :
- Exceptional commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Skilled in HR analysis and/or reporting.
- Proficient in the full range of generalist HR skills.
