Job description / Role
My client, one of the leading project management companies operating across the Gulf, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for their Saudi Operations.
The role of HR Business Partner with a growing business is a comprehensive generalist HR function, leading employee engagement and training/development agenda and also providing business support in an efficient matter.
- Responsible for all the arrangements and communication to Leadership Team and employees
- Carry out exit interviews
- Work closely with respective Functional Teams to develop action plans regarding employee engagement
- Provide additional support on a departmental level
- Collect and arrange necessary finance approvals
- Lead training and development activities
- Partner with Regional HR team to roll out training initiatives
- Liaise with leadership team with regards to the development needs of the employees
- Conduct and develop orientation plans for new employees
- Full ownership of the employee on boarding program
Requirements
- Education - Graduate level
- Minimum 4/5 years in a HR role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building
- MS Office excellent working knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Saudi experience is required
