Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a company that has been operational in the market for over a decade and has built a solid reputation in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a career focused Arabic speaking HR Manager.
Working in a multicultural environment, your duties will include managing and leading a team. You will deal directly with Senior Executives and be responsible for all HR activities. You will be in charge of manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits including performance management, training and development and employee relations. Whilst this is an operational role, it is important that you are a forward thinker / planner as you will also be accountable for the future vision of the HR department.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have an HR Degree coupled with a minimum of 10 years experience as an HR Manager. You should possess the ability to handle a high level of responsibility as well as have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. Experience of employee incentive and commission schemes alongside a strong knowledge of Qatari labour laws are crucial for this role.
