Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a forward thinking and growing organisation that develops 5 Star hotels across the region. Due to expansion in the head office, our client is looking to hire a HR Manager who has solid experience working in a 5 Star hotel.
This is a critical role within the business where you will be responsible for structuring the corporate HR function. You will lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the HR Department whilst playing an acute role in the implementation of the HR function. You will also assess organisational needs, develop solutions as well as implement and improve areas towards employee relations to ensure a positive relationship amongst all colleagues.
Requirements
The successful candidate should ideally be based in Qatar or the GCC and have experience as a HR Manager within a 5 Star Hotel. You should have solid knowledge of the Qatari Labour Laws and local government authorities as well as possess a background in Hospitality. It is essential you have experience in developing and implementing an entire HR function. Excellent communication skills alongside strong interpersonal and problem solving skills are crucial for this role.
