Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Establish and manage Human Resource Department and achieve organizational goals through talent management, efficient human resources systems and develop HR policies and other organizational effectiveness tools and programs that deliver best practices and services to the Company, its employees, and the clients.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

3.1 Recruitment & Selection
Develop recruitment and selection process to meet Company’s human resource requirements by providing best quality talent to the teams. Process interviews, offer letters, appointment letters, and conduct orientation of new hires.

3.2 HR Policies
Develop human resources policy manual. Continuously review policies and make improvements to be competitive in the market and compliant to local employment laws.

3.3 Compensation & Benefits
Manage compensation & benefits structure that is legally compliant and commercially competitive to attract and retain talent. Recommend compensation and benefit plans (extrinsic and intrinsic) as and when needed.
3.4 Organizational Structure
In consultation with management, prepare, issue, and be the custodian of corporate organizational structures and that of various departments of the company. Issue revisions as and when necessary. Maintain a consistent style and format for such structures.
3.5 Job Analysis
Carry out Job Analysis exercises as needed, and develop Job Descriptions, Job Specifications, and determine performance standards and core competencies required for all positions.

Develop Recruitment Standards and make continuous improvements in quality of new hires.
3.6 Performance Assessment System
Manage Performance Assessment System. Analyze and prepare performance metrics and recommendations for management review and decisions. Issue reward letters to employees. Conduct performance, job review counseling in participation with Line Managers as and when required.
3.7 Training and Development
Improve quality of human resources especially working for clients and enhance level of service that employees provide.
Carry out training need assessment, prepare master training plan and recommend in-house/ external training programs that make employees more effective and efficient on their jobs.
Administer on-going skill development training programs for employees serving Company’s clients.
Develop a system to identify High Potential (HIPO) employees and chalk out their career plans in order to prepare them for higher responsibilities in future.
Closely work with Training Providers and develop post-training feedback system and reinforcement initiatives to ensure achievement of training objectives.
3.8 Employees’ Records
Manage employees’ records such as files, data, documentations, etc. Ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.

3.9 General PR Services
Manage Public relations and provide Government related services relating to new and renewal of visas, licenses, labor cards, and such services through PROs.

3.10 Employee Services
Provide employee services such as travel bookings, leave planning & administration, support for health benefits claims, repatriation, employee communications, and related documentation.

Requirements

Qualification : Master’s degree in human resources discipline or a combination
of education and experience to meet overall knowledge and
skills of the position

Experience : 10-15 years of relevant experience out of which 5 years must
be in Managerial position.

Knowledge : Knowledge of U.A.E employment laws, culture, and practices.

Skills : People Management Skills
Excellent English Language. Arabic will be a plus.
