Job description / Role
Triage is looking for a Human Resource Manager for one of our client in medical sector based in Dubai.
The Human Resource Manager will be Reporting to Managing Director
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Recruitment
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Organization development
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
- Employee orientation, development, and training
- Policy development and documentation
- Employee relations
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee wellness and health
- Learning and development providing guidance on development for managers and their teams
Requirements
- BA (human resource)
- At least 3 years experience as senior HR
- Multinational background
Required Skills:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- High level of written & verbal business English
- Experience in the Middle East is preferred
The ideal candidate will be Degree educated and have excellent communication skills, fluent in English willing to relocate to Dubai
