We now have an exciting and interesting opportunity for an experienced Human resources Manager / Director to join part of a dynamic Client who specialise in the construction arena.
Based in khobar Saudi Arabia, the successful professional will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the Human Resources department whilst supporting the overall business plan
Reporting to the Chief Executive and directly leading a team of four Supervisory Divisions the Managers main responsibilities will be to develop HR disciplines throughout the organisation whilst providing effective HR execution and support in all areas relating to Human resources.
The manager will be responsible for supporting all administration duties whilst ensuring proper execution of all the services including insurance, security and office facilities.
The Manager will be responsible for developing annual budget plans for the corporate HR department whilst overseeing and monitoring the overall performance of the budget.
The Successful Manager must be fluent in both Arabic and English and hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or closely related field whilst having at least 10 years experience in a similar field. Candidates must posses PHR/ SPHR/ GPHR certificate(s).

- Other certifications obtained: PHR/SPHR/GPHR Certificates
- Nature and length of previous experience: 10-15 years of progressive and/or other advanced management programmes
- Specialist knowledge: Human Resource
