The RoleThe RoleA Human Resources & Administration Manager is required in Abu Dhabi, UAE by an EPC Contracting company. My Client is well known in Power and Water & Drainage projects. Their clients are AADC, ADDC, ADWEA, ADSSC, ADNOC. The HR & Administration Manager will be reporting to the General Manager. He/She will be responsible for developing, monitoring and timely execution of all human resources plan, policies and procedures across the company. Also, he/she will manage all administrative and human resources activities in a timely manner such as recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, transfer, promotions, manpower planning, employee relations and other related issues to ensure smooth operations. Remuneration: Salary Range: 35K - 50K AED Medical Insurance Annual Flight Ticket Standard Benefits as per UAE Law |
RequirementsRequirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline plus an Advanced Human Resources Degree or MBA is a plus Minimum 8 - 10 years experience with at least 3 ‘V 4 years in an HR management position preferably within a contracting company Very good knowledge of HR processes and activities related to performance management, career development planning and capabilities building, compensation and benefits schemes, manpower planning, recruitment & selection Very good understanding of the local labor law Strong interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills Very good with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiar with HR database systems Good command of English Good command of Arabic Note: This is an office-based job |
