Human Resources Administrator
AED 15,000 plus benefits.

A multi national player with a huge global presence is currently seeking the services of a Human Resources Administrator to provide administration support to the global HR teams in managing the day to day business processes in accordance with the company HR policies.

We are looking for an individual who will assist with all recruitment activities such as offer letters, reference checks, scheduling of interviews etc. as well as acting as first point of contact for new hires. In addition, there will be HR support in terms of maintain the personnel database, coordinating the insurance program, supporting the payroll and HR monthly reports etc.

Requirements

Applications are invited from those with a college degree, and at least three years HR administration experience in a corporate environment. Knowledge and experience of employment laws and practices across the region would be of benefit. Our client is looking for an Arabic speaker for the role.
