Human Resources Analyst

Job description / Role

- Analyze data and/or information and draw conclusions for senior consultants to review.
- Research internal and external sources to solicit information, data, trends, etc.
- Participate in meetings with clients to collect data/information and attend presentations.
- Assist in writing the proposals and getting the administrative requirements in place.
- Support the sales efforts of practice and commercial colleagues.

Requirements

Experience
One to two years of experience preferably in a consulting environment or corporate HR (within Talent or Rewards center of Excellence). Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
