Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Be the first point of contact for HR to internal stakeholders within your business area;
* Be a professional HR expert to internal customers, providing advice and options and challenging constructively when necessary;
* Work with central HR teams to ensure core HR activity is delivered effectively & efficiently including recruitment, L&D, pay reviews, performance management & employee relations, succession planning & appraisal process;
* Identify people issues in advance and work with leadership / management to resolve;
* Work with wider HR team and internal stakeholders to shape the overall HR people strategy of the firm;
* Build robust, positive working partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

* Over 7 year's in HR including within large regional / multi-national organisations;
* HR business partnering track record;
* Recently worked in the Middle East region;
* Worked in the retail sector preferably fashion;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Ability to challenge in a positive mature way;
* Inclusive, participative, collaborative leadership style.
