Hamad Bin Khalifa Medical City (HBKMC) is currently recruiting for the role of HR Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding organization. The incumbent will be the conduit between Hamad Medical Citys HR Department and the contracted Recruitment Process Outsourcing staff from Kenexa, an IBM Company.

The HR Coordinator will be part of the HBKMC commissioning project team and will be required to liaise with Project Managers/Directors on a regular basis. High volume on boarding, credentialing and processing of immigration documentation will be key aspects of this role and therefore the successful candidate will likely come from a large organization with a high number of new recruits each year.

Requirements

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate at least 5-7 years professional experience, preferably within a similar role or healthcare environment.

- High School Diploma, preferably with a Bachelors degree
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Advanced skills in Excel, Access, MS Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of HMC strategies and business plans
- Excellent people management skills

- Have a good relationship with staff at all levels across the organization
