Kingston Stanley is looking to recruit a HR Director for a leading PR Agency in the UAE.

Based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi you should be comfortable with operating in a fast environment under pressure and possess strong follow-up and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly respond to inquiries.

The Human Resources Manager should act as employee champion and change agent to drive engagement. Actively assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with the business management and seeks to develop integrated solutions. The Human Resource Manager builds partnerships across the APACMEA region to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

The Human Resources Manager must maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition. The HR Manager should demonstrate the company values (quality, integrity, respect, entrepreneurial spirit, mutual benefits and citizenship).

Requirements

As the successful candidate you should have excellent client management and business literacy skills. strong conflict management skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and a balance of independent thinker and a self-motivator with a strong sense of urgency and team spirit. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results. Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues and manage multiple business HR needs - UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai), KSA and South Africa.

Salary on offer 25,000 to 30,000 AED.
