The RoleThe RoleEnsuring the most effective utilization of the organization’s staff resources. Developing, submitting for approval and managing the implementation of Human Resource policies throughout the organization. Ensuring that all skills requirements within the organization are met through ongoing workforce planning, staff development programs and external recruitment. Ensuring all staff administration records are effectively maintained, often using computer based techniques. Ensuring staff reward practices take into account varying performance levels, are internally equitable and relate to external salary market rates. Assisting Management in achieving harmonious working relations with all staff, thereby minimizing time lost through industrial disputes. Leading the HR teams of the subsidiaries within the group Recruiting senior management executives for the various companies Instilling a Corporate Culture within geographically and ethnically diversified companies and managing change within these subsidiaries Unifying and implementing the HR policies and procedures across the group taking into consideration the cultural differences Ensuring best practices and applications for Compensations and Benefits within the Group Standardizing the performance management across the Group |
RequirementsRequirementsMinimum of BS degree in Business in related field. Additional HR certifications are a definite plus. Perfect in Arabic and English, French would be an advantage. Minimum of 7-10 years as an HR Manager of a large group. Knowledge of all HR related areas, compensation & benefits schemes is a must. |
