Job description / Role
To lead the Human Resources Department for a major Construction company with extensive work right across the region. The role includes responsibility for assisting the lead managers in man power planning, managing the existing recruitment team and developing and improving company policies.
Requirements
This role will suit a Senior Human Resources Manager with an excellent track record keen to take on a challenging role where they can bring about real change. With previous experience in the construction industry and proven track record in the intricacies specific to HR in this industry.
* Degree qualified in relevant subject
* Construction Sector knowledge and the specific HR requirements for this sector
* Excellent knowledge of man power planning
* Proven ability to improve a companies HR function and therefore staff attrition rates
* Stable track record
* Previous Middle East experience ideal
* Arabic speaker preferred but this is not essential
