Job description / Role
** HR Manager - International Law Firm **
*** Dubai (travel required)

An well regarded international law firm is seeking a Regional HR Manager to assist with all human resource matters across the region.
In this role you will:
- Handle HR Operations, employee relations and grievances.
- Updates all insurance policies related to HR.
- Maintains & ensure updating SAP System related to personnel data.
- Handle all communications with Government department management for all required transactions.
- Arrange for issuing all visit visas for company visitors.
- Preparing all GR- related (Iqama-Re, Transfer sponsorship, family Endorsement, Issuing new Iqamaetc) and establishing automated schedules for processing labor governmental requirements in due time.
- Follow up on developments in governmental labor requirements and informs HR Manager of such developments.
- Prepares Identification letters or all government letters for the employees.
- Evaluates all services suppliers & outsourcing contracts on annual basis to submit an annual evaluation report to the HRD, including main problems with current providers and proposed solutions.
- Submits a monthly & yearly summary report for HR services and transactions.
- Evaluates the performance of staff in HR Services on semi-annual basis.
- Assumes other assignments specified by the HRD.
Requirements
- Accuracy and timeline of all HR related topics
- Excellent command of English language (verbal and written).
- Excellent command of MS office (esp. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Very good communication and organizing skills
- Pro-active and flexible
- Independent, target oriented and systematic working approach
- High level of personal engagement, can work and interact with people on all levels of the organization
- Service oriented with excellent problem solving skills
- Degree in HR or equivalent with CIPD qualification.
