Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process.
Assist in the identification and analyses of staff training, development and career progression requirements.
Performance appraisal or evaluation of employee.
Maintaining employee records, filing systems & computer files.
Oversee employees disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies.
Updating & Processing reports.
Compiling Satisfaction surveys.
Liaising with Project Teams and Nokia on all employee related matters.
Tracking and reporting legal processes as provided by Sponsor.
Division Employee contracts.
Willingness to perform a broad range of duties.

Requirements

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office essential).
Full command of English & Arabic (spoken, read & written).
Two or more years experience within KSA in same role.
Individuals with relevant degrees may have a competitive edge.
Customer Service skills.
Should be able to work as part of a team & individually.
Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
